What can I do in the Collaborators page?

As an account administrator, you can perform the following actions from the Collaborators page:

  • Add a Collaborator (Author or a Reviewer).
  • Manage Collaborators’ access to shared folders.
  • Change a Collaborator from Author to Reviewer (and vice-versa).
  • Grant or remove Folder Manager permissions
  • Remove a Collaborator.

Add a Collaborator (Author or Reviewer)

To add a Collaborator from the Collaborators page:

  • Click Add Author or Add Reviewer. A popup appears.
  • Type the Collaborator’s email, first and last name (optional).
  • Click Submit.
Adding collaborators

The Collaborator does not receive an invitation upon submit. Collaborators are notified when they’re invited to join a shared folder or to review a document.

Manage Collaborators’ access to shared folders

To manage Collaborators’ access to shared folders from the Collaborators page:

  • Find the Collaborator’s row you want to update.
  • Rollover the tool icon and select Edit. A popup appears with the list of shared folders accessible.
  • Add or remove access to shared folders.
  • Click Update.

Change a Collaborator from Author to Reviewer (and vice-versa)

Follow these steps to make the Author a Reviewer from the Collaborators page:

  • In the Authors table, find the author row you want to update.
  • Rollover the tool icon and select Make Reviewer.

Moving a collaborator from Author to Reviewer frees up one Author credit on your plan.

You can move a Reviewer to an Author just as easily as long as you have enough author credits available on your plan.
