How do I invite a collaborator on a document?

To invite a collaborator on a document:

  • Open the document in Agilewords.
  • Click ‘Invite’.
  • Type the collaborators’ emails and add them to the invitation list.
  • Select a role for those users (reviewer or author).
  • You may customize the invitation message used in the email.
  • Click ‘Send Invitation’.

Inviting collaborator

Collaborators receive an email invite with a secure link to access your document. If they do not have an Agilewords user profile, they are requested to create one before accessing your document.

Pre-requisite: The document owner requested you approve a document.
