How do I post a comment on a document?

We provide two options to post comments:

  1. Comment a document section (paragraph, title, bullet list…) by left-clicking on the text of section or clicking the “Comment” button that shows in the right-pane when you rollover a section
  2. Comment specific text in the document – in this case, you need to select text with your mouse

Once you opened the comment popup:

  1. Type your message
  2. Click “Post” to submit your message
  3. Your comment is now visible to all collaborators on the document
Pre-requisite: You are a reviewer or an author on the document.
You have 5 minutes to make edits to your comment after you posted it. You can also delete it. Both options are available below your comment.
