How do I update the Billing Manager?

To change the Billing Manager on your account:

  • Go to your Account page (requires Administrator privileges).
  • Go to the Billing Information section.
  • Click Update billing manager. You are redirected to a new page.
  • Enter the email of the new billing manager.
  • Click Submit.

Upon submission, we send a notification email to the Billing Manager with an activation link to confirm the change. The new Billing Manager has 7 days to confirm. During that period, the Administrator remains Billing Manager.
